Wow! So it's been over 3 years since my last blog entry!



It's true. I am back in business after 3 years! I have been offering FREE sessions to past clients and family but I am now opening it up to the public. Below is a link to my first round of portrait sessions. Check it out and send me an e-mail if you're interested.

Babies::.3 Month Session: Our own.

Well, here he is!! Our little guy at 3 months already! I can't believe the time has passed by this fast. It almost seems so much faster than our other three. Maybe because I know he is my last and I am desperately trying to hold on to this one as long as I can. Both hubby and I are in no hurry for him to grow up.

Personal::. Our Family Biggest Loser Competition

My family has decided to get healthier together and to make it a little more interesting we have all pitched in money for the BIGGEST LOSER. The amount has totaled about $500! We've also had some kind donations from my mother-in-law and Dad. So far everyone has done very well. So let's meet the contestants.


Team Safford: Grace (mom), Martin (little brother) and Janelle (sister-in-law)

Team Mesa: Monica (me), Eleanor (little sister), Ken (brother-in-law) and Roxanna (baby sister).


We have been at this for about 4 weeks now and some of us have seen some major results already!

Roxanna was the BIGGEST LOSER for the last weigh-in.

Let's give it up for JANELLE!! She is the BIGGEST LOSER this week! Woot Woot!! She lost a total of 6 pounds for a total weight loss of 2.69%

We will be weighing-in in another two weeks.

Babies::. 6 Month Session

Here is my nephew Baby "A" at 6 months!! I tell ya, these babies grow WAY too FAST! We took Baby "A" on-location for his 6 month session and boy was it HOT but it didn't even seem to phase Baby "A" he kept a happy face the whole time. Here are a few of our favorite images from the session.

Babies::.9 month session with Baby "J"

I had a great session with Baby "J" just a little over a week ago. He is such a little hammy-ham!! Look at those curls in his hair! I should also mention that his mom made a great assistant who I need to thank for some of the nice lighting. :) Here are a few of my favorite images from the session.

Personal::.Twilight: Eclipse

My sister's and I FINALLY had a chance to go see Eclipse. Yes, I do like Twilight. I was sucked in by my little sister. I saw the first movie on DVD and was hooked. I'm glad I do like it because it give me and my sisters a reason to "have" to hang out. ;) I'm always happy when I get sister time. We are seriously some of the silliest girls when we get together. We cry every time we get together............tears from CRAZY laughter!! haha I love these girls so much. Here are some images from our outing. These were taken from my little sister's Droid because I forgot a memory card for my camera. :(

Above is me and my baby sister. We were 10 minutes late so we had to sit in the 2nd row from the screen. A little too close to Edward for my liking.

This flat bread was SO good. I got it with tomato, mozzarella and basil.

We ate at Brio Italian at San Tan Village in Gilbert. I loved the atmosphere. The decor was simple and I LOVED the lighting. They had sky lights (I think that's what they are called) which allowed the natural light to pour in. And the food was SO delish. Thanks for the suggestion, Ella.

Babies::. 6 month session

I don't think I'll ever get over how fast babies grow. This is my brother's little boy who is now 6 months. Just 3 months ago, when I photographed him, he was still in the arms and wasn't doing much. Now, he is sitting on his own and rolling all over the place. Can you say "trouble?!" haha.... Well, here are a few of our favorite images from the session!
