My Baby Turned 1!

My Baby just turned one last week. It's so crazy see that a year has already passed. Our family is blessed to have her in our lives. It's so wonderful to see her little personality blossom! She is such a loving little girl. She does a good job at letting Momma know that she is loved by giving hugs and kisses very often throughout the day! She loves hanging around her big sister and brother. And she gets so excited to see her Dad when he comes home at the end of his workday. She loves to dance, Eat, make people laugh and Eat!! I am looking forward to another year with her.

I had to share some photos that I took of my daughter and her cousin a couple of weeks ago. The meaning for this shoot was to test out my new toys I just purchased. I bought myself two new lenses which include; the 80-200mm/2.8 and my 50mm/1.4. For those of you who don't know what these numbers mean I'll just simplify it.....they make wonderful photographs. I LOVE 'EM!! Anywho......these are the photos that we got from our mini-session.

Another Merit-Winning Print

"Dream Boy"

We had our semi-annual 8x10 print critique in April and I had one of my prints merit. There were 80 entries from 25 makers and only 12 prints merited. I am very proud that one of my prints was one of the twelve. This was a picture that I recently blogged about on my website. It was the picture of baby Max.
